“Singing promotes whole body health (physical and psychological, including emotional) and a sense of social inclusion for all groups across the lifespan.”

We have helped many musicians over the years, however vocal improvement is only a small part of singing coaching. When our singing students embark upon their journey, we see many other beneficial changes such as growing confidence and self esteem, improved listening skills, better self management and increased motivation. These are all essential soft skills for any business which Inspire will help your staff to develop.

When people sing wonderful things happen to them. We’ve taught many people who attribute their lives changing to singing. It’s truly amazing.

The Science bit.

When we sing, endorphins are released from the brain very much like during a high impact workout session. Another chemical called dopamine is also released, the same chemical that is released when people gamble or take drugs, and this drives the singer to do it again and again!

When these two chemicals whizz around our bodies Nitric oxide is also released. This lowers our blood pressure and is also effective at combating harmful bacteria and viruses. A real life example of how Inspire and singing has improved the quality of life of a high blood pressure sufferer can be found on our Testimonials Page.
