Improving communication
Singing in choirs improves communication. By very nature of learning to sing in a group, listening skills are developed and by working together with a shared goal, communication within the choir improves. The beauty of a choir is that it breaks down status barriers as it includes all levels within an organisation from operations and senior management to customer care representatives. We see choirs then taking back this new relationship back to the business and help with internal communication. Great communication will always save companies time and money.
